In extremely cold settings, it's not uncommon for LED lights to require an initial voltage surge to initiate operation. Once they're on, the LEDs are no longer vulnerable to the cold because the current passing through them generates enough heat. However, many LED lights struggle to withstand this initial voltage surge.
ACE LEDS' Cold Start Constant Power Emergency LED Drivers address this issue by incorporating Lithium (LiFePO4) batteries alongside a built-in heating element. This combination ensures that the LEDs can achieve and maintain optimal performance even in low-temperature conditions.
