ACE LEDS' Shipping Policy
ACE LEDS uses FedEx Ground for all shipments. Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase and determined by product weight and quantity. We can charge your FedEx or UPS account number for shipping charges, however, you will need to call your sales representative at 800-375-6355 to complete your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Back Orders 
You will be notified within 2 business days with a possible ship date on Back Orders. Please contact your sales representative if you have any additional questions. You may cancel back-ordered items within 2 weeks of purchase without penalty.

LED Drivers and Retrofit Kits
No minimum order is required for our LED Drivers and Retrofit Kits. However, a $12.00 case-break fee for ordering less than case quantity, per LED Driver order will apply. Your order will typically be delivered in 2 to 10 business days. If you need to expedite your order, we can ship overnight, or arrange for FedEx 2 day delivery. Appropriate shipping charges will apply.
